You will be sent a test kit with simple instructions on how to complete the test. You will then need to post it to the lab in the self-addresed envelope (which is supplied).
You will receive the results in the form of two reports in approximately 10 days. The first report is on dietary advice and the second is on fitness based on your DNA profile.
